The present petition has been filed seeking following relief:

“a) direction to Respondent No.2 to update / reflect the Recognition Order No. WRC/5-6/89/2006/C-11453 dated 27.09.2006/ 01.03.2007 issued by the WRC, NCTE on the website, whereby, 50 Intake for PTC/D.El.ED Course was recognised by the WRC, thereby making total intake of 150 students.

(b) direction to Respondent No.2 to communicate the aforesaid updated status, to Petitioner Institution, its Affiliating Body i.e. the State Examination Board in respect of the aforesaid P.T.C. (now D.El.Ed.) course and to permit them to admit students for Session 2025-2026 as per the sanctioned intake.”
