The present petitions have been filed seeking following relief:

a) a Civil Writ of mandamus for directions to the Respondent to modify to the decision dated 4.8.2025 held in the meeting 428 EC, communicated on 23.8.2025, wherein it has been stated that the Petitioner’s Institution has been approved for Academic Sessions 2025-26 for the conduct of 2^nd year for 60 admission for D.Pharm & B.Pharm Courses each, but prohibited that “not to make admission in 1^st year course of B.Pharm & D.Pharm for the academic sessions 2025-26” and

b) a Civil Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature thereof, directing Respondent to decide the Petitioner compliance/Appeal dated 21.8.2025, seeking extension of approval for Session 2025-2026 with intake of 60 students each in B Pharm Course & D. PHARM course forthwith; and

c) Pass appropriate directions to the Respondent to grant permission to the Petitioner’s Institution for B.Pharma & D.Pharm Course for the current academic sessions 2025-26;

“(a) issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to grant extension of approval for D. Pharma Course to petitioner institution for the academic session 2025-26 and issue formal approval letter; and”

Explaining the aforesaid prayers, Mr. Sanjay Sharawat, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submits that the deficiencies have been conveyed by the respondent/PCI to the petitioners and the petitioners have submitted their compliance qua the deficiencies and the decision on the same has not been taken by the respondent/PCI.

He submits that he will not press his petitions any further in case the direction is given to the respondent/PCI to dispose of the representation of the petitioners.

Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent/PCI, on instructions, submits that the decision will be taken within a period of two weeks. The statement is taken on record and the respondent/PCI shall remain bound by the same.
