Counsel for the respondent states that if the petitioner appears before the respondent/ New Delhi Municipal Corporation (‘ NDMC ’), with the original challans for the purpose of verification of their claim, for identification or inclusion in the survey of street vendors, the claim can be dealt with in accordance with law.

In such an eventuality, accepting the statement made to the aforesaid effect by the counsel for respondent, we permit the petitioner to appear on 11^th August 2025 at 11:00 AM before the Director (Enforcement), NDMC
