The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to demolish the illegal and unauthorized construction in the property bearing House No. 810, near Badi Chaupal Chowk, Mahipalpur, New Delhi-110037 , by respondent no. 4.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 4 submits that an application for regularization has also been filed before the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”) on 24^th June, 2025, which is still pending.

He further submits that he has already filed an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal MCD (“ATMCD”).

Accordingly, it is directed that further action shall be taken by the MCD, subject to the outcome of the application for regularization and subject to outcome of the appeal filed by respondent no. 4, before the ATMCD.

Consequently, it is directed that pending consideration of the regularization application with the MCD, no coercive action shall be taken against the property of respondent no. 4.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition, along with pending application, is accordingly disposed of.
