- Vide Order dated 1.7.2024, learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, North West District, Rohini has observed that the file had been received from the Court of learned ASJ-II/Special Judge, NDPS, North West vide his order dated 21.05.2024 for its onward transmission to the learned Registrar General of this Court so that the same may be transferred to the Court of learned ASJ constituted for trial of MPs/MLAs cases.
