“Ld. Counsels for both the accused persons have moved similar applications seeking exemption from personal exemption of the accused persons stating that both of them are out of station today and thus unable to appear today. In the facts circumstances explained, exemption applications qua both the accused persons are allowed.
Perused the order dated 28.02.2024 of Ms. Anamika, Ld. MM-06, PHC, NDD wherein it is mentioned that one of the accused i.e. Dr. Udit Raj has been a Member of Parliament from 2014 to 2019. The courts dealing with the cases pertaining to MP/MLAs is at Rouse Avenue Courts. The power of Inter- District transfer of the cases is vested in the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi.
In view of the above, the present case file be sent to the Ld. Registrar General, Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, New Delhi for 04.04.2024 for appropriate directions.
The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. Registrar General, Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, New Delhi on 04.04.2024.
