- This matter has been placed before this Court pursuant to a communication dated 27.02.2024 sent by Principal District and Sessions Judge, North East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. Case ID No. 462801/2015 titled ‘State v. Raees Ahmad’ in case FIR No. 30/2010 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at PS: Jafrabad was filed in North East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. On 24.02.2024, Ms. Renu Chaudhary, learned MM (Mahila Court-01), NE, KKD Courts, Delhi directed the case to be placed before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, North East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on 24.02.2024 at 02:00 PM for appropriate directions on the ground that the case pertains to PS: Jafrabad, District Shahdara and the said Court does not have the jurisdiction over the said Police Station and the concerned District.
