After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioners on instructions of his clients submits that the petitioners shall vacate the subject premises on or before 31.12.2024 and they may be protected till that date. Learned counsel for respondents who has appeared with his clients on advance notice submits on instructions of his clients that they are not averse to the request. With this understanding, on instructions of his clients learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition assuring that the petitioners would vacate the subject premises on or before 31.12.2024.

Accordingly, the petition and the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the direction that operation of the impugned eviction order shall remain stayed till 31.12.2024 but if the petitioners do not vacate the subject premises by 31.12.2024, the respondents shall be at liberty to get the impugned eviction order executed in accordance with law and shall also be at liberty to claim damages accordingly.
