1. This is a petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 (the 1996 Act) for extension of the mandate of the learned arbitrator in seisin of the dispute between the parties by a period of 12 weeks w.e.f. 4 May 2024.
2. Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection.
3. With consent of learned Counsel for the parties, this petition is disposed of by extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator by a period of 12 weeks from today i.e. 16 July 2024.
