was reconstituted by an order of this Court dated 14.01.2020 in O.M.P.(T)(COMM) 107/2019. The mandate of the Tribunal has been extended from time to time, lastly until 30.06.2024. I am informed that the Tribunal has concluded the proceedings and that the parties have been informed that the award has also been prepared. However, an extension of one month is sought as one of the members of the Tribunal was travelling.
