Mr. Kapur, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No.5. All the learned counsels have no objection to the petition being allowed.

For the reasons noted above, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown. The mandate of the arbitral tribunal is extended by a period of 1 year with effect from 20.04.2024. The period after 20.04.2024 stands regularised.
