4.1 As per the paragraph 6 of the SA, the appellant has agreed to withdraw the above-captioned appeal.

We have examined the terms of the SA. The same appear to be lawful.

Accordingly, the prayer made in the application is allowed.

The parties, who are represented by their respective counsel, undertake to abide by the terms of the SA.

We may note that the counsel and the parties have joined the proceedings through video conferencing. The parties have been identified by their respective counsel.

Furthermore, the parties have confirmed to us that the settlement has been arrived on their own volition, without any coercion.
