“Further, it is agreed between the parties that in the above mentioned property, one room which is exactly at the back of the kitchen will be given to Ram Sharma, Plaintiff with a door entry in his current bedroom. A kitchen and new bedroom entry door will be constructed outside Ram Sharma's bedroom in the passage area with shelves, utensil sink, exhaust fan & 2 water pipelines (Tank and Submersible) after mutual consent
