the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

“It is, therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned order dated 08.05.2009 passed by the Court of Shri Sanjay Bansal, Ld. ACMM, North-District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in case R.C. No. STB/2002/E-0002/SIU-XI, in the interest of justice.

Any other order or relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner/revisionist, in the interest of justice.”
