Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has already been settled between the parties.
It has been submitted that the petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has also been withdrawn by the respondent.
Learned counsel submits that therefore, the present petition has become infructuous and does not want to pursue the same, as per instructions.
In view of the above, the present petition along with pending application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
