through a narrow lane at W-8, Crossing, when he had encountered the respondent, who was also driving his car in the opposite direction. It is further stated that since the lane was narrow, there was space for just one car at a time, and both the above-said parties refused to back down. It is submitted that both the parties started arguing and shouting at each other. The arguments turned into a fight and the car of the petitioner got damaged. Thereafter, the incident was reported to the Police by the father of respondent no. 2, and the said FIR was filed against the petitioner. It is stated that since the dispute has already been settled between the parties, the present petition for quashing of FIR has been filed.
