The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.394/2020 registered under Sections 332/461 of Delhi Municipal Corporation Act at P.S. Jamia Nagar as well as the proceedings emanating therefrom.

A perusal of the proceedings placed on record would show that the petitioners are not yet summoned by the concerned court, however, the petitioners remained aggrieved with the order passed on 18.05.2024 vide

Needless to state in case of any other illegal activity coming to the notice of the authorities, this order shall not be a hinderance in taking due action.
