By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks the following prayers:

“a) set-aside the order dated 05.06.2023 passed by Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate-01 (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in E-FIR No.000178/2023 dated £2.05.2023 under Section 380/457 IPC, Police Station-Prasad Nagar;

b) direct the respondent No.3 to produce police diary before this Hon'ble Court in relation to the present E-FIR No.000178/2023 regarding the developments in the investigation conducted so far;

c) direct for adding Sections 394/449 IPC in E-FIR No0.000178/2023 dated £2.05.2023 under Sections 380/457 IPC, Police Station-Prasad Nagar;

d) monitor the investigation…”

Apparently, the present petition came to be filed in the context of the order dated 05.06.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class , Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, on an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for monitoring the investigation.
