place between the brothers (petitioner and respondents) and in the heat of the movement the all incident had take place. On the complaint of respondent no. 2& 3, an FIR was registered against the petitioner. It is also stated by respondent no.2 and 3 that the entire dispute has been amicably settled between the parties vide Settlement Deed dated 24.11.2023.
