This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 837/2023, under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B/34 IPC, PS New Ashok Nagar basis settlement arrived at between the parties dated 18^th October, 2024 with the facilitation of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, which has been placed on record.

Petitioner Nos.1-9 and respondent No.2/complainant are appearing through VC and duly identified by the IO and their respective counsels.

In view of the settlement, respondent No.2 states that she has no objection to the quashing of the said FIR.

Considering the above settlement between the parties and the chances of conviction of the petitioners being remote and bleak, there is no use continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of
