This petition seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.41/2022 dated 08^th October 2022 registered at P.S. Cyber Police Station Central, under Sections 419/420/468/471/120B of IPC.

The petitioner was granted interim protection by this Court against arrest on 12^th July 2023. According to counsel for petitioner, the petitioner has been joining the investigation consistently; same was not disputed by the APP for State, as recorded in order dated 12^th July 2023.

Subsequently, on 13^th October 2023, though there was confirmation of his joining the investigation, submission was made by the APP for State that he was not cooperating nor submitting the documents required from him.

Thereafter, considering that the matter was pending before this Court, the investigation has proceeded ahead and chargesheet, in respect of four co-

accused, has been filed on 5^th January 2023, prior to the petitioner’s applying for interim bail.

It now transpires, submitted by APP for State, on instructions of the IO, that the investigation qua the petitioner is almost complete, and that the petitioner has joined and is cooperating in the investigation.

In light of the above, the Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner is entitled to anticipatory bail. Consequently, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25, 000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/IO/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will join investigation as and when directed and not influence any witness/complainant/victim or tamper with evidence of the case.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending application is disposed of as infructuous.
