Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that no action has been taken with respect to the aforesaid complaint filed by the petitioner on 02.04.2024 which was later transferred to PS Prashant Vihar, Delhi. He further contends that the allegations in the aforesaid complaint involve threats extended by a person claiming himself to be an official of Delhi
