petitioner no.3 and respondent no.2 was solemnized on 07.09.2017 at Arya Samaj Mandir, Khaiber Pass, Delhi. It is stated that during the stay in the matrimonial home, disputes had arisen between the parties and it is alleged that petitioner No.1 tried to outrage the modesty of respondent No.2. It is stated that the present FIR was registered due to misunderstanding and with the intervention of family members and friends, parties have amicably settled their disputes vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 13.05.2024, a copy whereof has been placed on record. In terms of the said settlement, complainant/victims are now left with no claim or grievance against the petitioners.
