- By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks to assail the order dated 13.09.2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Dwarka Court, Delhi in the proceedings initiated by the respondent under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
- Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly does not press the present petition to assail the impugned order, however, he prays that considering that the case pertains to the year 2016, the same may be disposed of expeditiously.
