attend the birthday party to the child of his neighbour, namely, Mr. Rakesh Duggal and whenever the husband of the complainant had come after attending the party, some boys misbehaved with the complainant and when the complainant objected the same, they gave blows on the face and nose of the complainant and started to beat the complainant and her husband mercilessly. Due to said blows, the bleeding started from the nose and mouth of the complainant. The said accused persons, namely, Bharat Bhushan Bharti and Vinod Vaid, had snatched the gold chain of around 20 gms. (2 tola) of the complainant.

endorsed the amicable settlement and accepted the terms thereof voluntarily. 9. Today, the complainant, who is present in Court states that she has no objection, if the FIR is quashed. 10. In view of the above facts that the parties have amicably resolved their differences out of their own free will and without any coercion. Hence, it would be in the interest of justice, to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. Moreover, there is no legal impediment in quashing the FIR in question.
