The present petitions have been filed alleging willful disobedience of the specific directions passed by the Division Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 19^th January, 2024 in W.P.(C) No. 10621/2018.

By way of the aforesaid judgment, it had been recorded that the respondent was at liberty to issue Show Cause Notices to the petitioners within four weeks, along with the material/documents in support of their plea that the petitioner had resorted to unfair means during the examination rd held on 23 November, 2014.

The present petitions have been filed on the ground that the aforesaid th directions as given in order dated 19 January, 2024, have still not been complied with by the respondent.

Per Contra, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that th Show Cause Notices have already been issued to the petitioners on 28 February, 2024.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the said Show Cause Notices were not served upon the petitioners earlier. However, the same have been handed over to them during the hearing of the present matter.

The Show Cause Notices are taken on record.

Accordingly, the judgment dated 19^th January, 2024 stands complied with. Thus, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petitions.

The aforesaid petitions are accordingly disposed of.
