Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, after some length of arguments, submitted that the respondent has already complied with the order dated 13th May, 2024 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in view of the order dated 17th September, 2024 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Therefore, it is submitted that the instant petition may be disposed of as nothing has left for further adjudication in the matter.
In view of the above submission advanced on behalf of the petitioner, the instant petition stands disposed of as nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter.
