1. By these applications, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw OMP (COMM) 555/2016 and OMP (COMM) 560/2016 as it is submitted that the parties are in the process of settling the dispute amicably, with liberty to re-approach the Court in case the attempt at settlement not be successful.
