1. Mr. Mudit Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that this petition was filed to secure the arbitral award awarded in arbitration pending filing of an execution petition. He submits that to his knowledge, the award has not been challenged and therefore, attained finality. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw this petition as he would pursue the execution proceedings before the appropriate Forum.
2. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, reserving liberty with the petitioner to reapproach the Court should any exigency arise in that regard.
