By way of I.A. No. 3664/2024 filed on the principles of Order XXIII Rule 3 read with section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the applicant/petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition based on the assertion that they have settled the dispute with the respondent under the “Vivad se Vishwas –II (Contractual Disputes) Scheme”, which inter-alia requires the petitioner to withdraw the present petition.
No one is present on behalf of the respondent when the matter is called-out.
In view of the averments contained in the application and considering the prayer made, the application is allowed.
The petition is disposed-of as withdrawn in view of the settlement stated to have been arrived at between the parties as aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
