After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that she has instructions to withdraw this petition with liberty to move the Court, if necessary, in the event any precipitate action is taken by the respondents with regard to the Bank Guarantee in question, and/or to agitate the petitioner’s claims in arbitration proceedings.
The petition, alongwith all pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated upon the contentions of the petitioner and that all defences available to the respondents are also left open.
