Pursuant to the previous order dated 05^th July, 2024, it is informed by the APP for the State that the charges have been framed by order dated 05^th August, 2024 and date is fixed for 15^th October, 2024 for recording of the testimonies of the victims.

Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file afresh at a later stage.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty granted.
