photographs, medical records, and a 16 GB pen drive with incriminating videos, on October 29, 2022. After an initial dismissal of petitioner/accused’s anticipatory bail on May 3, 2023, and his subsequent disappearance, the Delhi High Court granted him interim protection on May 10, 2023, and he eventually joined the investigation on 12.05.2023. During this time, he submitted his mobile phone for forensic analysis, and medical records were reviewed, confirming the abortion was consensual and supporting the complainant’s claims of abuse. Additionally, bank statements and other evidence were examined carefully as a part of the ongoing investigation.
