deceased was identified as Jyoti Kumar, aged about 45 years. Her face was upward and both her hands were behind her head. The other deceased was a male identified as Pawan Kumar , aged about 22 years. One stall was found tied around his neck and his hands were also tied behind his back. Another male body was discovered, aged about 50 years, in a sitting position. The deceased was identified as Sanjay Kumar and his neck was found tied with a gamcha . On further inspection, three plates for serving food were also found. As per the postmortem report, the doctor opined that the cause of death was Asphyxia as a result of ligature strangulation (qua deceased Sanjay Kumar ), Asphyxia as a result of combined effect of smothering and strangulation (qua deceased Jyoti Kumar ), Asphyxia by strangulation by ligature (qua deceased Pawan Kumar). The motive of the crime is stated to be the commission of statedly dacoity and a sum of Rs.46,000/- alongwith certain other articles was looted. Further, a ring of one of the deceased has been recovered at the instance of the applicant. He, on instructions, further states that the applicant is found involved in another case being FIR No.15/2022 registered under Sections 193/471 IPC at PS Sabzi Mandi.
