Present public interest litigation has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action for removing videos of women and minor girls which have been recorded and uploaded on Youtube without their consent and seeking action against vloggers for uploading unauthorised videos of women and minor girls, including permanently blocking their accounts.
