The present application under Section 151 of the CPC has been filed by the applicant seeking disposal of the present petition bearing W.P.(C) 9023/2019 in terms of the settlement dated 6^th December, 2023 arrived at between the parties.

It is submitted that all the terms and conditions as mentioned in the said settlement agreement have already been complied with.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent does not refute the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. She further submitted that as per the settlement, the respondents/workmen have already received the entire amount.
