No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner either to take a passover or an adjournment.
On the last occasions also i.e. 10th August, 2023, 3rd October, 2023 and 1st November, 2023, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner does not wish to pursue this matter any further. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
