The Petitioner approached this Court for quashing all the proceedings initiated against the Petitioner under the National Anti-Doping Rules, 2021 commencing from the issuance of notice in September, 2023 to April, 2024 and all subsequent proceedings therein.

The facts of the case reveal that an Anti-Doping Disciplinary Panel has been constituted to consider the case of the Petitioner.

Without going into the merits of the case or the questions of law raised by the Petitioner regarding the constitution of the Disciplinary Panel,
