1. The present petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution. The petitioner has made the following prayers which reads as under:-

a) Direct the Respondent herein to pay the petitioner an compensation of Rs 19,00,000 under the Delhi Victim Compensation Scheme, 2018;

b) Direct Respondent to grant the petitioner an additional amount of Rs 2 lakhs for the harassment and inconvenience to the petitioner due to the inordinate delay;
