- The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking that the respondents/MCD be directed to de-seal of the property of the petitioner i.e., Flat No.48-B, Pocket-A, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-110095.

- After some hearing, respective counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present petition shall be treated as a representation by the respondents/MCD and a speaking order shall be passed with regard thereto, within a period of three (03) weeks from today after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. It is directed accordingly.
