“a) To issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent, DG CISF, New Delhi, to post the petitioner in his home sector units at any other NCR Units in terms of the circular dated 25.9.2017 as he is now in his fourth tenure of posting.
Or in the alternative
b) To issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent, DG CISF, New Delhi, to post the petitioner at any CISF Airport units within eastern sector , like Varanasi, Gaya, Patna or Central Sector Unit Bhopal and Indore or other plant or industry units and in the alternate at any units within Eastern Sector, or central sector in terms of the circular dated 25.9.2017 as he is now in his second tenure of service.
c) Quash and set aside the order dated 12.3.2024 and 23.3.2024,
