Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the instant petitions with further liberty to approach the jurisdictional High Court. Learned counsel, further, prays that the interim protection granted by this Court during the pendency of the instant petitions, be extended for a period of 30 days.
