Mr.Ganda, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner’s application for a Letter of Recommendation ( LOR ) has been rejected as he was found to be ineligible. The respondent shall file the affidavit clearly indicating the reasons as to why the petitioner is found to be ineligible and provide a copy of the same to the petitioner.
