APARs, if so aggrieved. Liberty is also granted to lay a challenge to the APARs for the period 01.05.2021 to 30.04.2023, in case the Petitioner has any grievance. Needless to state that as and when the case of the Petitioner comes up for any promotion or financial upgradation under the MACP Scheme, the rectified APARs will be taken into consideration.
