Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the communication dated 05.02.2024 sent to the Petitioner. The relevant portion of the said communication reads as under:-

In reference to above noted subject it is to inform you that an application of Court Fee Refund has been forwarded by SDM, Chanakya Puri for further necessary action. In this regard you are hereby requested to provide account details i.e account no, IFSC code so that payment can be made directly in you account at the earliest.”

In view of the aforesaid communication, the writ petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.

The Petitioner is directed to provide the details of the account forthwith and the payment be made within four weeks from today.
