“I. That a writ, direction or order in the nature of mandamus may be issued commanding the Respondents to pay the post retirement benefits including pension and commuted value of pension to the petitioner as per the Self contributory Superannuation Benefits (Pension) Scheme of 1995 to the petitioner with effect from 1.6.2006 along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum compounded annually.
II. That a writ, direction or order in the nature of mandamus may be issued commanding the Respondent to pay a suitable compensation to the petitioner for the hardships and harassment faced by him on account of non payment of post retirement benefits to him.

V. That any other writ, order or direction may also be issued which this Hon'ble Court may think just and proper in the circumstances of the case.
VI. That costs of the petition may be allowed in favour of the Petitioner and against the respondents.”
