Issue writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s) / order(s) / direction(s) for fixation of pay of the petitioner as per office memorandum no. 16-1/2017/E-IIIA dated 10.01.2018 issued by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India whereby the Petitioner is entitled to a consolidated pay of Rs. 4,00,000/- per month without deduction of pension for his tenure as member (legal) in petroleum and natural gas regulatory board between 04.12.2017 and 19.03.2020 with all consequential reliefs and benefits including arrears;
ii. Issue writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s) / order(s) / direction(s) to the Respondents to release the amount of the monthly pension of the Petitioner deducted from his pay for the period from 4.12.2017 to 19.3.2020 with a reasonable rate of interest as per para 3 of the Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance Office Memorandum No.16-1/2017 /E-IIIA dated 10.01.2018.
iii. Pass such other direction(s)/order(s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case.”
