“ 2. It is submitted that the Answering Respondent has laid water pipelines in the subject colony i.e. Blocks- A, B & C in J.J. Colony, Sector-15, Dwarka, however since the colony is at the tail end of the water supply network and there being scarcity of water in NCT of Delhi (especially in summer season), the colony faces the problem of insufficient supply of water. Filtered water through these pipelines is being supplied to the colony on alternate days.
3. In addition to the above, water is also being supplied to the said colony to supplement its water demand. In this regard, it is submitted that the subject J.J. Colony is being supplied with more than sixty water tankers per week containing potable water amounting to
