- Pursuant to the order dated 18.10.2024, Ms. Malvi Balyan, learned counsel for Delhi Jal Board has been instructed that the water connection at the premises of respondent No. 3 is unauthorised and steps are therefore, being taken to disconnect the water supply. A challan has also been issued to respondent No. 3. A copy of the challan dated 19.11.2024 is handed up in Court, and is taken on record.

- In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not seek any further orders in this writ petition, which stands disposed of.
