As an identical issue with regard to rejection of the candidature of the petitioners because of tattoo scar arises for consideration in these petitions, they are decided by this common order.

We direct that the petitioners shall be re-examined by the Medical Board of the respondents within two weeks and if the petitioners are found fit upon re-examination, further action shall be taken in accordance with rules and subject to the availability of the vacancies, within two weeks thereafter.

Petitions are disposed of.
